        SOSSI's staff is highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to creating "WIN WIN" opportunities for all stakeholders.



Chuck Barlow, Jr.




  • Develop youth and adult programs focused on S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering/entrepreneurship, arts & design, and math) initiatives and train volunteers in Financial Literacy, incorporating business and entrepreneurship exposure while promoting career- pathway exploration.

  • Aligns enrichment opportunities to the Georgia Standards of Excellence and Common Core Standards, facilitates parent and community engagement, and organizes corporate/community partners and city/county leaders for student improvement. and work readiness

  • Launched STEAM Summer StartUP and STEAM StartUP in 2015 to assist in developing the STEAM Workforce (30 million jobs by 2018)
